In Home and Community Support
In-home & Community Support is for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who need help with personal care, safety, and communication. In-Home & Community Support: Focuses on developing or enhancing self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
In -Home Respite Care (RN & Non Medical)
Respite Care provides short term, temporary support for families caring for a person with disabilities. Individuals who require or request time away from their current residence.
Companion Care
Companion care provides supervision and assistance focused on health, safety, and welfare for adults (18+) with developmental disabilities living at home, helping them with daily life, social activities, and community integration, without teaching new skills but ensuring well-being through monitoring and incidental help with chores or appointments.
Family Medical Support Assistance
Nursing staff can assist with management of services in individuals private home related to medical needs such as coordinate visits, help with discharge process, assist and migrate through concerns related to medical needs, identify barriers and more.
Certified Investigator Certification
Certified investigator certifications validate skills in case management, evidence handling, and investigative techniques.
Community Participation Support (CPS)
Community Participation Support a key service helping individuals with intellectual disabilities engage in their communities, involving training, guidance, and provider support for community-based activities.
