True Comfort Care was born from a simple, powerful desire: to do better in healthcare. Kelly saw firsthand the gaps in care while working as a nursing educator in transitional care, the emergency room, and as a senior clinical educator for long-term care. She witnessed the struggles families and individuals faced—barriers no one should have to navigate alone.

From those experiences, a vision took shape: one rooted in education, empowerment, and compassion. Kelly recognized that real change begins with knowledge. By preparing students, individuals, employees, and caregivers with the tools, understanding, and empathy they need, we can build a future where every individual receives the care they deserve.
